Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information following an assault.

The incident happened at around 12.30am on Saturday, April 14, on Cookworthy Road, Kingsbridge.

The victim, a 19-year-old man, was walking alone when he was approached by a group of six unknown boys. The victim was pushed to the ground before being kicked by three of the offenders.

The offenders are described as male, 15-16 years old and are believed to have been wearing dark clothes and hooded tops.
