ALL the glamour of 007 is coming to South Brent later this month when a special showing of the latest Bond film takes place at the village hall.

Saturday, February 27 will see the red carpet rolled out for the screening of Spectre, the newest film to feature iconic spy James Bond, played once again by Daniel Craig.

Those attending the Bond-themed evening are invited, if they wish, to dress up in their suavest tuxedos and most elegant frocks, or kit themselves out as any character from one of the many films.

Doors open at 6.30pm with a bar and canapés available, and a Bond quiz before the film starts at 7pm. An interval is planned with an opportunity for more drinks and snacks, during which the quiz results will be announced, and a themed game played.

Spectre is certificate 12A, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

South Brent Village Hall hosts regular film screenings of films, from old favourites to relatively new releases as requested. The seating is ‘café style’ allowing a relaxed atmosphere and drinks during the film, and any proceeds go to the village hall.
