A 36-year-old man who had been missing from Lee Mill, Ivybridge, has been found safe and well, police have said.

Officers were concerned for the welfare of Michael Torr [pictured], who was reported missing last night, 16 August.

Searches and enquiries were conducted in an effort to locate him and officers had urged the public to report any sightings via 999.

In a brief statement, police thanked the public for their assistance.
