A LOCAL theatre company is promising its panto Cinderella is going to be the ’biggest extravaganza’ it has ever produced.

Ivybridge Theatre Company is rehearsing hard for its take on the classic tale, which it will perform over four days in February.

In recent weeks the cast has been getting out and about in character, and will continue to pop up around Ivybridge and the surrounding areas throughout the Christmas period.

The company is also offering locals a chance to try on Cinderella’s glass slipper, with a special prize for one winner drawn from those who it fits. To try on the glass slipper, pop into Connells or Footnote in Ivybridge town centre.

Cinderella will be performed on Thursday 16, Friday 17 and Saturday 18 February at 7.30pm, with matinees at 2.30pm on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 February. Tickets are available from The Watermark.
