This week will lead on a story about food hygiene across the South Hams.
According to the Food Standards Agency, the district council sent out more than 200 warning letters to businesses, demanding improvements to their hygiene standards.
We list those businesses in our circulation area who failed to meet level 3, ’generally satisfactory’ in the nationally recognised standards, including those recommended to make urgent or major improvements.
Our main front page story shows enjoying Friendship Thursday at The Erme Primary School in Ivybridge.
Inside, we have news of the district council’s "customer satisfaction" survey, with some councillors critical of levels of service.
As ever, there’s much, much more news inside.
As always, we feature information about ’What’s On’, around the clubs, and ’Village Voices’ all inside.
Remember if you can’t get to the shops, or you have moved out of the area, you can get all South Hams Newspapers online here: http://www.southhams-today.co.uk/subscribe.cfm.
