A DRONE flyover of Bloor Homes’ work at Palm Cross Green in Modbury shows the extensive work and size of the development.

The development is for 93 homes of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, despite significant campaigning by local campaign group Modbury First.

The development will see the first show home constructed in March 2017, with a view to the first people moving in next summer.

Last week, the Gazette reported that the traffic lights on the A379 through Modbury will remain in place until January to ‘allow contractors to install a foul water drainage system’ and ‘widen the carriageway.’
