This will do nothing to dispel fears of another deal behind closed doors, as seems to have happened with South Hams Council. Whatever happened to transparency and accountability?

I call for minutes of any such meeting to be published and for the developers to meet directly with the Save the Kings Arms working group, which was endorsed emphatically at the public meeting on Monday.
