The Met Office has produced this map showing wave heights off the south west coast as a result of Storm Imogen.

A spokesman said a ’significant wave height of 13.48m has been recorded by the the the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science, off the coast of the Isles of Scilly’.The spokesman tweeted later, at 11.40am: 'Wave height of 19.1m has been recorded off the coast of St Ives #StormImogen.'
