AN Ivybridge schoolgirl is celebrating after her Easter-themed artwork landed her top prize in a competition run by Lawsons.
The Ivybridge branch of the well-established homewares company held a competition for local schoolchildren to draw and colour an Easter picture.
The winner was Lola, 10, from Woodland Park Primary School, who produced a detailed picture of a bunny whose ears were decorated with many small objects emblematic of Easter.
Lola’s prize was an Easter gift basket containing sweets, a bunny, and an Easter egg.
Entry fees from the competition have gone towards Ivybridge Lawsons' fundraising collection for Team Leo, its chosen charity for this year.
