Kingswear Historians present a talk about Dartmouth Captain and Amazon explorer William White given by Jonathan Turner.

White led several expeditions to the Amazon for potential settlers in 1618-22 and was then a privateer in the wars with France all while working for the Roope’s of Warfleet.

Entry is £5 including coffee and biscuits.
