WOODLANDS Park Primary School held their annual Sports Day on Monday, June 27.

Gaye Slater from Woodlands Park Primary School said: ‘It was great to see so many parents and grandparents encouraging everyone to achieve their best.

‘All the children participated in a carousel of activities and one race. And the pupils were perfectly behaved and really enjoyed themselves.

‘The winning team for Foundation and Key Stage 1 was Orange Sun and for Key Stage 2, Purple Butterflies.

‘Congratulations to all who took part.’
