Volunteers from Ivybridge Methodist Church and St John the Evangelist are preparing for Christian Aid Week - between Sunday, May 14 and Saturday, May 20.
A spokesman said: “If you miss your envelope being collected and you wish to donate to this cause, instructions as to how you can are printed on the envelope.”
On Sunday, May 14, a Christian Aid service will be held at St John’s church, Blachford Road at 10.30am - where the congregation will hear about some of the work done by Christian Aid.
And on Saturday, May 20, in the Chapel Place Community Centre between 10am and 12pm, there will be a coffee morning for Christian Aid.
